of County Road L‑14 along the east corporation line of the City of
Kingsley from First Street northerly to the NE Corner of the City of Kingsley
was transferred to state jurisdiction on July 1, 1980.
Due
to a transfer of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑140‑2 (4)‑‑2M‑75,
between Plymouth County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, that portion
of County Road L‑14 from the NE Corner of the City of Kingsley northerly
approximately 14 ½ miles to Iowa 3 was transferred to state jurisdiction on
July 1, 1980.
