(approximately 360 feet north and 2570 feet west of the SE Corner Section
12-T99N-R42W) to city jurisdiction on October 8, 2008.
Transfer of jurisdiction agreement number 2005-TJ-008,

with 2nd Avenue; thence northerly and northeasterly through Sections 12 and

NW Corner of Section 32-T100N-R41W) to county jurisdiction on October 8, 2008.
