Cherokee County); thence northerly following substantially the section line of Sections
35, 26, 23, and 14‑T94N‑R40W to a point (east junction Iowa 10)
near the NE Corner Section 15‑T94N‑R40W; thence westerly following
substantially the section line of Sections 15, 16, 17, and 18‑T94N‑R40W;
to a point approximately 3,380 feet west of the NE Corner Section 18‑T94N‑R40W;
thence in a northwesterly and northerly direction through the south and west
parts of Section 7‑T94N‑R40W to a point (west junction Iowa 10)
near the NW Corner Section 7‑T94N‑R40W; thence northerly following
substantially the section line of Sections 6-T94N-R40W and 31, 30, 19, 18, 7,
and 6‑T95N‑R40W to the south corporation line of Primghar,

to a review of our Primary Road System records, US 59 in O'Brien County should
be deleted and the new description added should be officially included into the
Primary System.

59 begins on the O'Brien‑Cherokee County line approximately 2 ½ miles
south of Calumet, and travels northwesterly via the City of

Cherokee County); thence northerly following substantially the section line of Sections
