to a review of our Primary Road System records,

143 begins on the O'Brien‑Cherokee County line approximately 3 miles east
of the SW Corner of O'Brien County, and travels northerly approximately 5 miles
to a junction with Iowa 10.
PROPOSAL/ACTION
RECOMMENDATION:
Locate
Beginning
on the O'Brien‑Cherokee County line at a point near the SE Corner of
Section 33‑T94N‑R42W, O'Brien County (NE Corner of Section 4‑T93N‑R42W,
Cherokee County); thence northerly following substantially the section line of
Sections 34, 27, 22, 15, and 10‑T94N‑R42W to a point (junction Iowa
10) near the NE Corner Section 9‑T94N‑R42W, O'Brien County.
NOW,
THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa Department of Transportation approve
the location of
