Moorhead:

Beginning on an unnamed street at the west corporation line; thence northeasterly on an unnamed street to the east corporation line.

Beginning again at the east corporation line of Moorhead, connecting with an unnamed street; thence northeasterly through Sections 10, 11, and 2‑T82N‑R43W and Sections 35, 36, and 25‑T83N‑R43W and Section 30‑T83N‑R42W to the south corporation line of Soldier connecting with an unnamed street.

DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

Due to a review of our Primary Road System records Iowa 183 in Monona County should be deleted and the new description added should be officially included into the Primary System.

Iowa 183 begins on the Monona‑Harrison County line approximately 5 miles southwest of Moorhead and travels northeasterly via the city of Moorhead and Soldier to an intersection with Iowa 141 in the City of Ute.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

Locate Iowa 183 and its extensions in Monona County as follows:

Beginning on the Monona‑Harrison County line at a point approximately 1003 feet east of the S ¼ Corner Section 36‑T82N‑R44W, Monona County (N ¼ Corner Section 1‑T81N‑R44W, Harrison County); thence in a northeasterly direction through Section 36‑T82N‑R44W and Sections 31, 30, 19, 20, 17, and 16‑T82N‑R43W to the west corporation line of the City of Moorhead connecting with an unnamed street.

Moorhead:

Beginning at the west corporation line connecting with an unnamed street; thence northeasterly to the east corporation line, connecting with an unnamed street.

Beginning again at the east corporation line of the City of Moorhead, commencing with an unnamed street; thence northeasterly through Sections 10, 11, and 2‑T82N-R43W and Sections 35, 36, and 25‑T83N‑R43W and Section 30‑T83N‑R42W to the south corporation line of the City of Soldier connecting with an unnamed street.

Soldier:
