DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:
Due to
transfer of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑312‑0 (1) ‑‑2M‑66
between Mitchell County and the Iowa Department of Transportation approved May
2, 1980, that portion of Iowa 312 from Iowa 9 near the center Section 26‑T99N‑R15W
northwesterly and northerly to the south corporation line of the City of
McIntire near the NW Corner Section 2‑T99N‑R15W should be deleted
from the primary road system and reverted to the Mitchell County secondary road
system effective July 1, 1980.
Due to
transfer of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑312‑0 (2) ‑‑2M‑66
between the City of McIntire and the Iowa Department of Transportation approved
May 29, 1980, that portion of Iowa 312 from the south corporation line of
McIntire northerly and westerly to the east line of Third Street should be
deleted from the primary road system and reverted to the City street system of
McIntire effective July 1, 1980.
PROPOSAL/ACTION
RECOMMENDATION:
It is
recommended that the description of
