to the north corporation line to city jurisdiction on September 30, 2000.
Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number 2000-TJ-006, between Lyon County and the Iowa
Department of Transportation, transferred that portion of Iowa 339 from the
north corporation line of the City of George, connecting with Virginia Street;
thence north following substantially the section line of Sections 36, 25, 24,
13, 12, and 1-T99N-R44W; thence curving in a northwesterly direction through
Section 2-T99N-R44W to a point approximately 150 feet west of the NE Corner of
said Section 2 (junction Iowa 9) to county jurisdiction on September 30, 2000.
