Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑027‑0 (4)‑‑2M‑60,
between the City of Alvord and the Iowa Department of Transportation,
transferred that portion of Iowa 27 from Second Street northwesterly to the
north corporation line of the City of Alvord to city jurisdiction on September
27, 1980.
Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑027‑0 (4)‑‑2M‑60,
between the City of Alvord and the Iowa Department of Transportation, and
transfer of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑027‑0 (3)‑‑2M‑60
between Lyon County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred that
portion of Iowa 27 easterly along the north corporation line of the City of
Alvord to the east corporation line of the City of Alvord to local jurisdiction
on September 27, 1980.
Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑027‑0 (3)‑‑2M‑60,
between Lyon County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred that
portion of Iowa 27 from the east corporation line of the City of Alvord
easterly to a junction with US 75 to a point approximately 1845 feet north of
the SE Corner of Section 32‑T99N‑R45W to county jurisdiction on
August 11, 1980.
PROPOSAL/ACTION
RECOMMENDATION:
It
is recommended the commission approve deleting the attached description of

thence curving in a northeasterly and easterly direction through said Section
32 to a point approximately 1845 feet north of the SE Corner Section 32‑T99N‑R45W
(junction US 75).
