Transfer of jurisdiction agreement number
2003-TJ-032, between the City of Russell and the Iowa Department of
Transportation, transferred that portion of Iowa 97 from Shaw Street at the intersection of
West Street; thence east on Shaw Street to Prairie Street; thence north on
Prairie Street to Stanton Street; thence east on Stanton Street to an unnamed
street; thence northeast on unnamed street to the north corporation line to
city jurisdiction on July 1, 2003.

through said Section 31 to a point approximately 150 feet north of the SE
Corner said Section 31; thence northerly following substantially the section

THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa Department of Transportation approve
