Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑84‑0 (2)‑‑2M‑57,
between Linn County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred that
portion of Iowa 84 from the Cedar Rapids Municipal Airport near the N ¼ Corner
Section 30‑T82N‑R7W easterly to the west corporation line of the
City of Cedar Rapids to county jurisdiction on October 1, 1980.
Transfer

the east ramps of Interstate 380 to city jurisdiction on October 1, 1980.

RECOMMENDATION:

is recommended the commission approve deleting the attached description of
