Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑226‑0 (3)‑‑2M‑55,
between Kossuth County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
that portion of Iowa 226 from US 18 approximately 650 feet north of the SW
Corner Section 33‑T96N‑R27W northerly and northeasterly to the west
corporation line of the City of Titonka to county
jurisdiction on December 1, 1980.
Transfer

between the City of Titonka and the Iowa Department
of Transportation, transferred that portion of Iowa 226 from the west
corporation line of Titonka easterly to Main Street
to city jurisdiction on December 1, 1980.

RECOMMENDATION:
It
is recommended the commission approve deleting the attached description of
