Beginning on the south corporation line connecting with an unnamed street; thence north (Kossuth‑Palo Alto line) to the north corporation line connecting with an unnamed street.

DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

Iowa 15 begins at the Kossuth-Humboldt County line approximately 3 miles south of West Bend and travels in a northerly direction concurrent with and parallel to the Kossuth-Palo Alto county line to the Kossuth-Emmet County line approximately 6 miles northwest of Fenton via the City of West Bend.

The official description for Iowa 15 in Kossuth County was found to be incorrect in our official records. The existing description should be replaced with the corrected version.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended to approve deleting the present description of Iowa 15 in Kossuth County from the primary road system and approve including the attached new description of Iowa 15 in the primary road system.
