begins at the Keokuk‑Mahaska County line approximately 5 miles west of
Delta and travels in an easterly direction to the Keokuk‑Washington
County line approximately 1 ½ miles south of Keota via the City of Sigourney,
Iowa.
PROPOSAL/ACTION
RECOMMENDATION:
Locate
Beginning on
the Keokuk‑Mahaska County line at a point near the NW Corner Section 6T75N‑R13W,
Keokuk County (NE Corner Section 1‑T75N‑R14W, Mahaska County);
thence east following substantially the section line of Sections 6, 5, 4
(junction Iowa 21), 3, 2, and 1‑T75N‑R13W and Sections 6, 5, 4, and
3‑T75N‑R12W to the west corporation line of the City of Sigourney
connecting with an unnamed street.
