DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:
Transfer of
jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑356‑0 (1), between the City of
Packwood and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred that portion of
Iowa 356 from First Street northerly and easterly to the east corporation line
of the City of Packwood to city jurisdiction on October 6, 1980.
Transfer of
jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑356‑0 (2), between Jefferson
County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred that portion of
Iowa 356 from the east corporation line of the City of Packwood easterly to
Iowa 1 near the NE Corner Section 14‑T73N‑R10W to county
jurisdiction on April 6, 1981.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is
recommended the commission approve deleting the present description of
