Transfer of
jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑223‑1 (3)‑‑2M‑50,
between the City of Baxter and the Iowa Department of Transportation,
transferred that portion of Iowa 223 from the south corporation line of Baxter
north to Station Street to city jurisdiction on July 1, 1980.

between the City of Baxter and the Iowa Department of Transportation and
transfer of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑223‑1 (4)--2M‑50
between Jasper County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
the section of road from a junction with Iowa 223 on the south corporation line
of the City of Baxter west to a junction with Iowa 330 approximately 3,900 feet
east of the NW Corner Section 21‑T81N‑R21W to state jurisdiction on
July 1, 1980. The section is now designated as a portion of

RECOMMENDATION:
It is
recommended the commission approve deleting the present description of

a point approximately 3,900 feet east of the NW Corner Section 21‑T81N‑R21W
(junction Iowa 330); thence easterly following substantially the section line
of Sections 21, 22, 23 and 24‑T81N‑R21W, Sections 19, 20, 21, 22,
23 and 24‑T81N‑R20W, and Sections 19, 20 and 21‑T81N‑R19W
to a point near the NE Corner Section 21‑T81N‑R19W (junction Iowa
14).
