Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑408‑0 (2) ‑‑2M‑46
between Humboldt County and the Iowa Department of Transportation and transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑408‑0 (4) ‑‑2M‑55
between Kossuth County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
that portion of Iowa 408 from a junction with US 169 on the Humboldt-Kossuth
County line near the NW Corner Section 1‑T93N‑R29W east to the west
corporation line of the City of Lu Verne to local jurisdiction on July 15,
1980.
Transfer

between the City of Lu Verne and the Iowa Department of Transportation and
transfer of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑408‑0 (4) ‑‑2M‑55
between Kossuth County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
that portion of Iowa 408 from the west corporation line of the City of Lu Verne
east along the north corporation line to the west corporation line of the City
of Lu Verne to local jurisdiction on July 15, 1980.
Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑408‑0 (3) ‑‑2M‑46,
between the City of Lu Verne and the Iowa Department of Transportation,
transferred that portion of Iowa 408 from the west corporation line of the City
of Lu Verne east to DeWitt Street to city jurisdiction on July 15, 1980.

RECOMMENDATION:

is recommended the commission approve deleting the attached description of
