Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑367‑0 (1)‑‑2M‑46,
between the City of Rutland and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
that portion of Iowa 367 from Elm Avenue easterly to the east corporation line
of Rutland to city jurisdiction on July 15, 1980.
Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑367‑0 (2)‑‑2M‑46,
between Humboldt County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
that portion of Iowa 367 from the east corporation line of the City of Rutland
easterly to a junction with US 169 near the NE Corner Section 26-T92N‑R29W
to county jurisdiction on July 1, 1980.

RECOMMENDATION:
