Beginning on the Harrison‑Crawford County line at a point approximately ¼ mile east of the NW Corner of Section 3‑T81N‑R41W, Harrison County (SW Corner of Section 34‑T82N‑R41W, Crawford County); thence in a southeasterly direction through the north part of Section 3‑T81N-R41W to the north corporation line of Dunlap connecting with an unnamed street.

Dunlap:

Beginning on an unnamed street at the north corporation line; thence southeast on unnamed street to 6th Street; thence south on 6th Street to Iowa Street; thence east on Iowa Street to the east corporation line.

Beginning again on the east corporation line of Dunlap connecting with Iowa Street; thence in an easterly and southeasterly direction through Sections 2, 11 and 12‑T81N‑R41W and in a southeasterly and easterly direction through the north part of Section 13‑T81N‑R41W to the Harrison‑Shelby County line at a point approximately ¼ mile south of the NE Corner of Section 13‑T81N‑R41W, Harrison County (NW Corner of Section 18‑T81N‑R40W, Shelby County).

DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

Due to a review of our Primary Road System Records Iowa 37 in Harrison County should be deleted and the new description added should be officially included into the Primary System.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that the old description of Iowa 37 in Harrison County be deleted and the new description, as referred in the attached detailed description, be included in the Primary Road System effective upon the adoption of this resolution.
