Remove Iowa 90 and its extensions in Guthrie County as follows:

 

Beginning on the north corporation line of the Town of Adair connecting with Fifth Street; thence north following sub­stantially the section line to a point approximately 1100 feet south of the NW Corner Section 34‑T78N‑R33W; thence curving in a northeasterly direction to a point approximately 1100 feet east of the NW Corner Section 34‑T78N‑R33W; thence east following substantially the section line to a point near the NE Corner Section 31‑T78N‑R32W; thence in an easterly and southeasterly direction along the north side of the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railway and substantially parallel thereto through Section 29, 32 and 33‑T78N‑R32W to the west corporation line of the Town of Casey connecting with Sherman Street.

 

Beginning again on the east corporation line of the Town of Casey, connecting with Sherman Street; thence in an easterly and northeasterly direction along the north side of the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railway and substantially parallel thereto through Section 34 and 35‑T78N‑R32W to a point near the center Section 35‑T78N-­R32W; thence in a northeasterly direction through Section 35 and 36-­T78N‑R32W; thence east following substantially the section line to the west corporation line of the Town of Menlo connecting with Seventh Street.

 

Beginning again on the east corporation line of the Town of Menlo connecting with Seventh Street; thence east following substantially the section line to a point near the NW Corner Section 36‑T78N‑R31W; thence in a southeasterly and northeasterly direction through the north part of the NW ¼ Section 36‑T78N‑R31W, through the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railway subway to the north side of said railroad at a point near the N ¼ Corner Section 36‑T78N‑R31W; thence in a southeasterly direction along the north side of said railway and substantially parallel thereto through Section 36‑T78N-­R31W and Section 31 and 32‑T78N‑R30W to the west corporation line of the Town of Stuart connecting with Front Street.

 

Beginning again on the east corporation line of the Town of Stuart connecting with Front Street; thence east along the Guthrie‑Adair County Line to a point approximately ¼ mile east of the SW Corner Section 35‑T78N‑R30W Guthrie County (NW Corner Section 2-T77N-­R30W Adair County); thence in a northeasterly direction along the north side of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway and substantially parallel thereto through Section 35 and 36‑T78N‑R30W to the Guthrie‑Dallas County Line (West corporation line of the Town of Dexter) connecting with State Street at a point near the NE Corner Section 36‑T78N‑R30W.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Description of Iowa 90 in Guthrie County in the Commission's minutes of September 7, 1960 is hereby rescinded.

Remove the Extension of Primary Road Iowa 90 from the streets or roads as follows:

 

Commencing on Sherman Street at the west corporation line; thence southeasterly and easterly on Sherman Street to the east corporation line.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the description of the Extension of Iowa 90 in the City (Town) of Casey, Guthrie County, as described in the Commission's minutes of September 7, 1960, is hereby rescinded.
