Remove Iowa 73 in Guthrie County, Iowa, as follows:

Beginning at a point near the SE Corner Section 6‑T79N‑R33W; thence north following substantially the section line to a point near the NW Corner Section 32‑T81N‑R33W; thence east following substantially the section line to a point near the NE Corner Section 32‑T81N‑R33W; thence north following substantially the section line to a point near the W ¼ Corner Section 4‑T81N‑R33W; thence in a northeasterly direction to the Guthrie‑Carroll County line at a point approximately ¼ mile east of the NW Corner Section 4‑T81N‑R33W, Guthrie County (SW Corner Section 33‑T82N-R33W, Carroll County).

NOW THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa State Highway Commission approve the removal of Iowa 73 in Guthrie County, Iowa.

NOTE: To become effective as per agreement dated March 1, 1972.
