35, 36 (junction Iowa 3), 25 and 24‑T92N‑R22W and Sections 18, 7, 8
and 5‑T92N‑R21W; thence northerly following substantially the
center section line through Sections 32, 29, 20, 17, 8 and 5‑T93N‑R21W
to the Franklin‑Cerro Gordo County line at a point near the N ¼ Corner

thence northeasterly through Sections 18, 7, 6 and 5‑T90N‑R22W,
continuing northeasterly through Sections 32, 29, 28, 21, 16, 15, 10, 3 and 2‑T91N‑R22W,
and Sections 35, 36, 25, 24 and 13‑T92N‑R22W, and Sections 18, 7, 8
and 5‑T92N‑R21W; thence northerly following substantially the
quarter section line through Sections 32, 29, 20, 17, 8 and 5‑T93N‑R21W
to the Franklin‑Cerro Gordo County line at a point in the N ¼ Corner
Section 5‑T93N‑R21W, Franklin County (S ¼ Corner Section 32‑T94N‑R21W,

NOW,
THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa Department of Transportation approve
