Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number 94-P-120 between Floyd County and the Iowa
Department of Transportation, transferred that portion of Unsigned Iowa 162
from junction of US 218 (near W ¼ Corner SW ¼ Section 28-T95N-R15W); thence
north and northeast through Sections 28, 29, 20, and 18-T95N-R15W to the east
corporation line of Charles City (near south junction Gar Drive) connecting
with an unnamed street to county jurisdiction on November 20, 2001.
Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number 94-P-120 between the City of Charles City and
the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred that portion of Unsigned
Iowa 162 from the east corporation line (near south junction Gar Drive)
connecting with an unnamed street; thence northeast on said street to
intersection of South Grand Avenue (approximately 550 feet south of the NW
Corner Section 18-T95N-R15W).
