DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

Due to the relocation of several routes in Dubuque in 1991, a section of the old routes became non-mainline US 20 connector in 1991 and then became Unsigned Iowa 946 in 1992. The primary Road System should be revised to reflect this change.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that Unsigned Iowa 946 in Dubuque County, as described in the attachment, be included in the Primary Road System.

Beginning on South Locust Street at Kerrigan Road; then north on South Locust Street to Dodge Street; thence continue north on Locust Street about one block to unnamed street; thence northeasterly on unnamed street to US 52/61/151.
