on the east corporation line of the City of Dyersville, connecting with 2nd
Avenue Southeast; thence in a southeasterly direction through Sections 32 and
33‑T89N‑R2W to a point approximately 600 feet east of the NW Corner
of Section 4‑T88N‑R2W; thence east to a point on the south side of
the Illinois Central Railroad approximately 1990 feet east of the NW Corner of
Section 4‑T88N‑R2W; thence in a southeasterly direction along the
south side of said railroad and substantially parallel thereto through Sections
4 and 3‑T88N‑R2W to a point approximately 535 feet north and 770
feet east of the W ¼ Corner of Section 3‑T88N‑R2W, connecting with
US 20.
