Beginning on South Lakeshore Drive at the intersection of Orleans Parkway (Iowa 276); thence easterly and northeasterly on South Lakeshore Drive to East Lakeshore Drive; thence north­easterly on East Lakeshore Drive to the north corporation line.

 

Beginning on the north corporation line of Orleans connecting with East Lakeshore Drive; thence generally northeasterly through Section 22‑T100N‑R36W to a point a short distance west of the center of Section 22‑T100N‑R36W.

DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

 

Due to a review of our Primary Road System Records Iowa 327 in Dickinson County should be deleted and the new description added should be officially included into the Primary System.

 

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

 

It is recommended that the old description of Iowa 327 in Dickinson County be deleted and the new description, as referred in the attached detailed description, be included in the Primary Road System effective upon the adoption of this resolution.

 

Locate Iowa 327 and its extension in Dickinson County as follows:

 

Orleans:

 

Beginning on an unnamed street at Orleans Parkway (junction Iowa 276); thence generally easterly and northerly to the north corporation line connecting with an unnamed street.

 

Beginning on the north corporation line of the City of Orleans connecting with an unnamed street; thence generally northeasterly through Section 22-T100N‑R36W to a point a short distance west of the center of Section 22-T100N‑R36W.
