DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:
Transfer of
jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑203‑0 (4) ‑‑2M‑30,
between the City of Terril and the Iowa Department of Transportation,
transferred that portion of Iowa 203 from the north line of Miller Avenue
northerly and westerly to the west corporation line of the City of Terril to
city jurisdiction on November 1, 1980.
Transfer of
jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑203‑0 (4) ‑‑2M‑30,
between the City of Terril and the Iowa Department of Transportation and
transfer of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑203‑0 (3) ‑‑2M‑30,
between Dickinson County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
that portion of Iowa 203 north along the west corporation line of the City of
Terril to the north corporation line of the City of Terril to local
jurisdiction on November 1, 1981.
Transfer of
jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑203‑0 (3)‑‑2M‑30,
between Dickinson County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
that portion of Iowa 203 from the north corporation line of the City of Terril
northerly to Iowa 9 near the NW Corner Section 3‑T99N‑R35W to
county jurisdiction on August 13, 1980.
PROPOSAL/ACTION
RECOMMENDATION:
It is
recommended the commission approve deleting the attached description of
