Northern Santa Fe Railroad approximately 0.40 KM (0.25 mile) east of the west
line of Section 34-T69N-R3W; thence in a northeasterly direction along the
north side of said railroad and substantially parallel thereto through Section
34-T69N-R3W to a point near the east line of Section 34-T69N-R3W; thence
northeasterly to near the NW Corner of Section 36-T69N-R3W; thence
northeasterly through Sections 25, 24, 13 and 12-T69N-R3W; thence north
following substantially the section line of Section 6-T69N-R2W to the south
corporation line of Burlington connecting with Roosevelt Avenue.

61 begins at the Des Moines‑Lee County line approximately 7 ½ miles
southwest of Burlington and travels in an easterly and northerly direction via
Burlington and Mediapolis, Iowa to the Des Moines‑Louisa County line
approximately 4 miles north of Mediapolis, Iowa.
