Beginning at the junction of US 34 (approximately 1751 feet north of the SE Corner Section 31-T71N-R4W); thence northerly following the west section line of said Section 31 (also the Des Moines-Henry County line) to approximately 8765 feet north of the SE Corner of said Section 31.
