Due to the relocation of Iowa 13 in an area near Ryan, Iowa, Iowa 13 should be deleted from the Primary Road System and the new description added should be officially included into the Primary Road System.

Iowa 13 begins on the Delaware‑Linn County line approximately 3 ½ miles south of Ryan, Iowa and travels in a northerly direction via Ryan and Manchester, Iowa to the Delaware-Clayton County line approximately 10 miles north of Manchester, Iowa.
