Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑266‑0 (1) between Clarke County
and the Iowa Department of Transportation, and transfer of jurisdiction
agreement number TJ‑266‑0 (2) between the City of Weldon and the
Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred that portion of Iowa 266 on the
Decatur‑Clarke County line from the northwest corner of the City of
Weldon east along the north corporation line of the City of Weldon to Main
Street to local jurisdiction on October 27, 1980.
Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑266‑0 (2) between the City of
Weldon and the Iowa Department of Transportation transferred that portion of
Iowa 266 in the City of Weldon from the north corporation line south on Main
Street to Second Avenue south to city jurisdiction on October 13, 1980.
PROPOSAL/ACTION
RECOMMENDATION:
It
is recommended to approve deleting the present description of

approximately 1˝ miles west of Weldon, Iowa and travels easterly terminating in
