Remove Iowa 170 and its extension in Clay County as follows:

 

Everly:

 

Commencing on Ocheyedan Street at the south line of Fourth Street; thence northerly on Ocheyedan Street to the north corporation line.

 

Beginning on the north corporation line of the Town of Everly, connecting with Ocheyedan Street; thence north following substantially the section line to a point approximately 400 feet south of the NW Corner of Section 34-T97N-­R38W; thence curving in a northeasterly direction to a point approximately 400 feet east of the NW Corner of Section 34‑T97N‑R38W.

 

NOW, THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa State Highway Commission approve the removal of Iowa 170 and its extension in Clay County, Iowa.

 

NOTE: To become effective upon adoption of this resolution and in accord with agreement between Clay County and the Iowa State Highway Commission, approved August 7, 1974.
