of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑050‑1 (3)‑‑2M‑18
between the City of Cherokee and the Iowa Department of Transportation transferred
East Main Street from US 59 easterly to the east corporation line to state
jurisdiction on September 26, 1980 as an extension to Unsigned Iowa 977.

RECOMMENDATION:
It
is recommended the commission approve deleting the present description of
Unsigned Iowa 977 in

description, be included in the Primary Road System effective
upon the adoption of this resolution.
