Remove Unsigned Iowa 973 and Extensions in Cass County as follows:

Beginning at a point approximately 1,000 feet west of the SE Corner of Section 2‑T76N‑R36W; thence easterly following substantially the section line to the west corporation line of Wiota, connecting with an unnamed street.

Wiota:

Beginning on an unnamed street at the west corporation line; thence easterly on said unnamed street to the east corporation line.

Beginning again on the east corporation line of Wiota connecting with an unnamed street; thence in a northeasterly direction along the north side of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad and substantially parallel thereto, through Sections 4, 3 and 2‑T76N‑R35W; Sections 35 and 36‑T77N‑R35W, and Sections 31, 30 and 29‑T77N‑R34W to the west corporation line of Anita, connecting with an unnamed street.

Anita:

Beginning on an unnamed street at the west corporation line; thence northeasterly on said unnamed street to Main Street; thence northeasterly on Main Street to Chestnut Street (Iowa 148).

NOW, THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa State Highway Commission approve the removal of Unsigned Iowa 973 in Cass County, Iowa.

Beginning on an unnamed street at the west corporation line; thence easterly on said unnamed street to the east corporation line.

Beginning again on the east corporation line of Wiota connecting with an unnamed street; thence in a northeasterly direction along the north side of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad and substantially parallel thereto, through Sections 4, 3 and 2‑T76N‑R35W, Sections 35 and 36‑T77N‑R35W, and Sections 31, 30 and 29‑T77N‑R34W to the west corporation line of Anita, connecting with an unnamed street.

Beginning on an unnamed street at the west corporation line; thence northeasterly on said unnamed street to Main Street; thence northeasterly on Main Street to Chestnut Street (Iowa 148).

NOW THEREFORE: Be resolved that the Iowa State Highway Commission approve the location of Unsigned Iowa 973 in Cass County, Iowa.
