Remove Iowa 414 in Cass County as follows:

Beginning at a point approximately 1,100 feet west of the NE Corner Section 10‑T75N‑R37W; thence south to the north corporation line of the Town of Lewis, connecting with First Street. Beginning again on the south corporation line of the Town of Lewis, connecting with an unnamed street, thence east following substantially the section line to a point near the NE Corner Section 16‑T75N‑R36W.

Lewis:

Commencing on 1st Street at the north corporation line, thence south on 1st Street to Main Street, thence southeasterly on unnamed street to the south corporation line.

NOW THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa State Highway commission approve the removal of Iowa 414 in Cass County.

NOTE: To become effective as per agreement with Cass County.
