Remove Iowa 322 in Cass County as follows:

Beginning on the north corporation line of Massena, connecting with Main Street; thence north to a point 3,000 feet west of the NE Corner Section 33‑T75N‑R34W.

Massena:

Beginning at the intersection of Main Street and 1st Street; thence north on Main Street to the north corporation line.

NOW THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa State Highway Commission approve the removal of Iowa 322 in Cass County.

NOTE: To become effective as per agreement with Cass County.
