Remove Iowa 176 in Cass County as follows:

Beginning at a point near the SE Corner Section 28‑T75N‑R35W; thence north to the south corporation line of the Town of Cumberland connecting with Jackson Street.

Cumberland:

Beginning on Jackson Street at the south corporation line; thence north on Jackson Street to First Street; thence east on First Street to Main Street; thence north on Main Street to the south line of Third Street.

NOW THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa State Highway Commission approve the removal of Iowa 176 in Cass County.

NOTE: To become effective as per agreement with Cass County.
