DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

Transfer of jurisdiction agreement number 1991-TJ-016B, between the City of Storm Lake and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred that portion of Unsigned Iowa 914 from the junction of Iowa 7 (Milwaukee Ave) north to the north corporation line of Storm Lake (approximately N ¼ Corner Section 34-T91N-R37W) and county road C49 to city jurisdiction on October 26, 2001.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended to approve deleting the present description of Unsigned Iowa 914 and its extensions in Buena Vista County from the primary road system.
