DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:
The State Functional Classification Review Board hearing on July 21, 1980, between the Iowa Department of Transportation (transferring jurisdiction) and the City of Linn Grove (receiving jurisdiction), transferred that portion of Iowa 264 from approximately 684 feet south of Lynn Street northwesterly to the west corporation line of Linn Grove to city jurisdiction on July 1, 1980.
Transfer of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑264‑0 (4)‑‑2M‑11,
between Buena Vista County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
that portion of Iowa 264 from the west corporation line of Linn Grove northerly
to the Buena Vista‑Clay County line near the NW Corner Section 5‑T93N‑R37W
to county jurisdiction on August 7, 1980.
PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended the commission approve deleting the attached
description of
