Beginning at a point approximately 600 feet south of the NW Corner of Section 12‑T92N‑R13W (junction US 63); thence curving in a northeasterly direction to a point approximately 600 feet east of the NW Corner of Section 12‑T92N‑R13W; thence east following substantially the section line of Sections 12‑T92N‑R13W and Sections 7, 8, and 9-T92N‑R12W to the west corporation line of Tripoli connecting with 7th Avenue Southwest.

Tripoli:

Beginning on 7th Street Southwest at the west corporation line; thence east on 7th Street Southwest to Main Street; thence north on Main Street to the north corporation line.

Beginning again at the north corporation line of Tripoli connecting with Main Street; thence north following substantially the section line of Section 34 and 27‑T93N‑R12W to a point approximately 500 feet north of the SW Corner of Section 27‑T93N‑R12W; thence in a northeasterly direction through Section 27‑T93N‑R12W to a point approximately 1,000 feet west of the NE Corner of Section 27‑T93N‑R12W; thence east following substantially the section line of Sections 27, 26, and 25‑T93N‑R12W and Sections 30, 29, 28, 27, and 26‑T93N‑R11W to the west corporation line of Sumner connecting with 1st Street.

Due to a review of the Primary Road System records, Iowa 93 in Bremer County should be deleted and the new description added should be officially included into the Primary System.

Iowa 93 begins at the junction of US 63 approximately 3 ½ miles west of Tripoli and travels in an easterly, northerly, northeasterly, and easterly direction through Tripoli and Sumner to the Bremer‑Fayette County line in the City of Sumner, Iowa.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

Locate Iowa 93 and its extensions in Bremer County as follows:

Beginning at a point approximately 600 feet south of the NW Corner of Section 12‑T92N‑R13W (junction US 63); thence curving in a northeasterly direction to a point approximately 600 feet east of the NW Corner of Section 12‑T92N‑R13W; thence east following substantially the section line of Sections 12-T92N-R13W and Sections 7, 8, and 9‑T92N‑R12W to the west corporation line of the City of Tripoli connecting with an unnamed street.
