Beginning at the W ¼ Corner SW ¼ of Section 14-T91N-R14W (junction US 218); thence northerly through Section 14 to the south corporation line of Waverly connecting to 4th Street Southwest.

Waverly:

Beginning on 4th Street Southwest at the south corporation line; thence north on 4th Street Southwest to Bremer Avenue (junction Iowa 3).
