DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

Transfer of jurisdiction agreement number TJ-20-6 (41)-7 between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Raymond transferred Iowa 939 to the City of Raymond on July 1, 1986 and should be removed from the Primary Road System.

Iowa 939 begins at Iowa 927 in Raymond and extends northeasterly to the east corporation line of Raymond.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that Iowa 939 in Raymond as referred to above, be deleted from the Primary Road System.
