Remove Iowa 402 in Waterloo, Black Hawk County as follows:

Beginning at a point near the N ½ Corner Section 10‑T88N‑R13W; thence east following substantially the section line to a point near the SE Corner Section 3‑T88N‑R13W; thence northeasterly to a point on US 218 near the intersection of La Porte Road and Ridgeway Avenue.

NOTE: The removal of Iowa 402 from the Federal Aid System is to become effective upon adoption of this resolution. The removal of Iowa 402 from the Primary Road System is to become effective upon completion and opening to traffic of Iowa 520.
