DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

Due to the review of our Primary Road System records, Iowa 175 in Black Hawk County, Iowa should be deleted and the new description added should be officially included into the Primary Road System.

Iowa 175 begins at the Black Hawk-Grundy County line approximately 9 miles southwest of Hudson, Iowa, and travels easterly terminating at junction US 63.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

Locate Iowa 175 in Black Hawk County as follows:

Beginning on the Black Hawk-Grundy County line at a point near the SW Corner of Section 19-T87N-R14W, Black Hawk County (SE Corner of Section 24-T87N-R15W, Grundy County); thence east following substantially the section line along Sections 30, 29, 28, and 27-T87N-R14W (junction US 63).

NOW THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa Department of Transportation approve the location of Iowa 175 in Black Hawk County, Iowa.

NOTE: To become effective upon the adoption of this resolution.
