Belle Plaine and travels easterly to the Benton‑Linn
County line approximately 2 miles south and 1 mile east of Atkins.

RECOMMENDATION:

on the Benton‑Tama County line at a point near the NW Corner Section 31‑T33N‑R12W,
Benton County (SE Corner Section 25‑T83N‑R12W, Tama County)
(junction Iowa 21); thence east following substantially the section line of
Sections 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36‑T83N‑R12W, continuing along the
section line of Sections 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36‑T83N‑R11W,
continuing along section line of Sections 31, 32, (west junction US 218), 33,
34, 35, and 36‑T83N‑R10W, continuing along section line of Sections
31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36‑T83N‑R9W, to the Benton‑Linn
County line at a point near the NE Corner of Section 36‑T83N‑R9W,
