of Transportation, transferred that portion of Iowa 278 from Main Street
southerly to the south corporation line to city jurisdiction on January 12,
1981.

between Appanoose County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
that portion of Iowa 278 from the south corporation line of the City of Rathbun southeasterly to Iowa 5 near the S ¼ Corner Section
7‑T69N‑R17W to county jurisdiction on August 21, 1980.

RECOMMENDATION:
It
is recommended the commission approve deleting the attached description of
