DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:
Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑277‑0 (3)‑‑2M‑4,
between the City of Numa and the Iowa Department of
Transportation, transferred that portion of Iowa 277 from G Street northerly
and easterly to the east corporation line, and from the west corporation line
easterly to the east corporation line to city jurisdiction on October 28, 1980.
Transfer

between the city of Numa and the Iowa Department of
Transportation, and transfer of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑277‑0
(2)‑‑2M‑04, between Appanoose County and the Iowa Department
of Transportation, transferred that portion of Iowa 277 along the north
corporation line of the City of Numa from Ninth
Street (east corporation line) easterly to the west corporation line of the
City of Numa to local jurisdiction on October 28,
1980.
Transfer

between Appanoose County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
that portion of Iowa 277 from the east corporation line of the City of Numa easterly to a junction with Iowa 5 near the NE Corner
Section 13-T68N‑R18W to county jurisdiction on August 21, 1980.

RECOMMENDATION:
It
is recommended the commission approve deleting the attached description of

of Centerville, Iowa and travels in a easterly direction terminating at the
junction of Iowa 5, 1 ¼ mile south of Centerville, Iowa.
