THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa State Highway Commission approve the
removal of
NOTE:
The section of Iowa 138 from Iowa 2 to the south corporate limits of Mystic
will revert to the Secondary Road System of Appanoose County in accord with
County Agreement dated 7‑1‑68 and Iowa State Highway commission
order 68‑1003; also, the extension will revert to the Local Street System
of Mystic in accord with Town Agreement dated 7‑24‑68 and Iowa
State Highway Commission order 68‑991. This Resolution is to become
effective upon completion of Project FN‑138‑1 (2) ‑‑21‑04.
