RECOMMENDATION:
Locate
US 18 and its extension in
Beginning
on the Allamakee‑Clayton County line at a point approximately ¼ mile east
of the SW Corner of Section 31‑T96N‑R6W, Allamakee, County (NW Corner
of Section 6‑T95N‑R6W, Clayton County); thence in a northeasterly
and easterly direction through Section 31 (junction US 52) and 32, 23 and 32‑T96N‑R6W
to the west corporation line of the City of Postville connecting with an
unnamed street.
Postville:
Beginning
at the west corporation line connecting with an unnamed street; thence
easterly, southerly, easterly and southeasterly to the Allamakee‑Clayton
County line.
NOW,
THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa Department of Transportation approve
the location of US 18 in Allamakee County,
NOTE: To become effective upon‑the adoption
of this resolution.
