Registration and Information Table
The registration and information table will be located in the foyer of the conference area in the lower level of the Sheraton Downtown Iowa City. The table will be staffed during the following times:
- Wednesday, June 4, 2008 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday, June 5, 2008 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Name Badges
Each conference participant is asked to wear the name badge throughout the conference. Registration includes access to all conference sessions, continental breakfasts and lunches during the conference, mobile workshops (attendance limited), and electronic copies of presentations.
Meals
Those registered for the conference will have a continental breakfast, lunch, and evening reception on June 4; continental breakfast and lunch on June 5; and continental breakfast on June 6. Note that you will be on your own for dinner during the conference. You may consult the visitor guide in your registration packet or ask JCCOG Coordinating staff for dinner suggestions.
Speaker luncheons are scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, June 4th and 5th, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., which will feature topics of regional and national significance.
The evening reception is scheduled for Wednesday, June 4, 2008, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the State of Iowa Old Capitol building and will feature live music, hor’dourves, and drinks.
